More articles by WretchedMarijuana Iv'e been an avid smoker since I was 14. A year prievious to that I was anti-drug.What happened, you ask? Well Iwent to Jr. High. Once I saw that hte smokers in my school were just fine, I automaticly questioned why everyone had told me that smoking pot was so horrible. These poeple were laughing and having a great time. So I hit it and became an instant fan. I undersatnd why grown ups tell kids not to smoke pot. I will push my son to stay drug free as well. However, the problem I see with conventional methods of telling kids not to smoke, is the lying. Why tell some kid that pot is going to ruin their lives. Look around people. Take off the religious (or just plain conservitive) coke-bottle glasses and realize that pot does not ruin peoples' lives. I know lawyers, CPAs, Teachers and Business owners that smoke and, well they are definatly doing better than 75% of the rest of the people I encounter day to day. The lies are small and twisted out of truths. Pot is a gateway drug? Why is that so? Well, I think that when your told that pot is bad like all the other drugs, but when you try it all is well, you start to think that the other drugs may not be so bad or maybe they are better. It's not pot that hurts us, it's our inability to have fun and remain responsible to our own lives. It is sometimes hard to stay motivated when getting high. Thats because your smoking the worng pot. There are two types of Marijuana, Sativa and Indica. Indica is a show stopper. Take a hits to fall asleep, thats about all that stuff is good for. Sativa however lifts the spirits and stirs up the imagination. It's this type of pot I recomend for cancer patients and Depression. There is no excuse to spend millions of dollars fighting the influx of pot from Mexico. Save the money and open up some more stores to sell it. I doubt our national finantial stress would lessen noticably. Just relax and smoke a joint for god's sake. Sponsored by EnterTo.com the first REAL spam free email
