The full moon is a great time for anyone except a Virgo to cut their hair....the first and second quarters are good times for Taurus and Libra to buy clothes....hae you ever heard of such nonsense?

I'm skeptical of moon power, and I"ll also admit moon power bears further scrutenization....we are 70% water and the moon has a pull on us because of it...I want to know all about the man/woman? in the moon......
