What is writing for the kingdom?

Writing for the kingdom of God is an awesome responsibility, but more importantly, it is a divine mandate for those who have been called to do this. I am not only a writer, but I am an instrument for God's use by which His will may be expressed. I write by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and that may sound spooky to some but that's how I live. Yes, I have creative liberty within the context of a particular work, but it is the Lord whoultimately gives me the ideas and the way in which to form them. His words are always better than anything I could think of on my own, and for that, I am grateful. In the process of creating, I must ask myself if my writing is bringing glory and honor to my heavenly father. My goal, of course,is to bring those outside the body of Christ into this loving family through the radical message of unconditional love.
