The Human Machine
the Human Machine formed from the ruination of Matt Peterkin (Bass/Vocals) and Wes Hawkes'(Drums/Samples) previous effort, a three-piece band called PaliN. After months of searching for a new guitarist to complete the trio the pair finally asked themselves a question that would defy all music standards as you know them: Did they really need a guitarist? The answer to that question makes up the very basis on which this band has been forged.
No guitar. A band built around an amazingly tight, extremely talented rhythm section.
Listen, I know what you're thinking and I want to tell you to stop right now. Just stop!
Now what we have here are two very talented musicians bringing you some of the most amazing arrangements, beautiful melodies, drop-your-jaw-in-awe leads, outrageous percussive beats, a unique style and genre of music that can only be defined as Art, and you're sitting there wondering where the hell the guitar is!? I think not. These tunes are so good that if you even tried to fit some guitar in there you just might go deaf from clutter!
